How we handle your information

vesma (vesma.in) is run by Mashhoori Wala Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we collect when you use vesma, why, and the choices you have. Write to us at hello@vesma.in with any question.

• Your phone number, to sign you in with a one-time code.
• Your name, date of birth, gender and, if you give it, time of birth, for you and for the family members you add. We use them only to work out numerology and Kua compatibility.
• Floor plans, township layouts and brochure pages you upload, and what you mark on them (North, doors, rooms, plots).
• Your results: saved analyses, comparisons, reports and the consultation or detailed-analysis requests you send us.
• Basic technical data such as your browser type and server logs, used to keep the service running and secure.

• To read your plan, calculate the scores and reports you ask for, and keep them in your account.
• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To respond to consultation and analysis requests, and to contact you about them.
• To improve the service and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run vesma:

• Google Firebase sends and checks the one-time code sent to your phone.
• Our plan-reading provider receives the plan image you upload so that rooms and labels can be read. It does not receive your name, phone number or date of birth.
• Our hosting provider stores the database and your uploaded files.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your account, plans, family members and results are private to you. Our team may look at them only to support you, to fix a fault, or to deliver a consultation you have asked for. Our expert sees the details you send in a consultation or detailed-analysis request.

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete plans, layouts and family members yourself, and you can ask us to delete your whole account. Backups are cleared on our normal schedule. We may keep limited records where the law needs us to.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it, by emailing hello@vesma.in. We will reply within a reasonable time. Some features, such as family compatibility, cannot work without the details they need.

We use encrypted connections, restrict access to the database and files, and keep secrets out of the website code. No online service is completely secure, so please use a phone number only you control.

vesma is for adults. A parent or guardian may add a child's name and date of birth as a family member; please do not create an account for anyone under 18.

Vastu, Feng Shui and numerology readings are guidance for comparison, based on traditional practice. They are not structural, legal, medical or financial advice and do not guarantee any outcome.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continuing to use vesma after a change means you accept the update.
