Before you start
Can a flat be fixed without demolition?+
Most findings in an apartment are answered with how rooms are used, colour, placement and light. Every remedy in the report is non-structural.
Flat number or building number?+
The unit you live in. Enter the flat number; it is checked against each person's numbers.
How are the rooms read?+
From the drawing, as clearly as the plan allows. Every room is shown on the plan for you to confirm or change before it is scored, and north is always set by you.
Does it replace a consultant?+
No. It is a comparison aid for shortlisting. Plot slope, road level and surroundings need a visit — book a one-to-one consultation for that.
What happens to my plan and my details?+
Plans and birth details are used only for your report and are deleted on request. Nothing is shared with builders or agents unless you share it.
